Instructies voor gebruik:
Reken ongeveer 100 gram ongekookte rijst per persoon of 25 gram meer/minder voor grote/kleine eters. Was de rijst tot het spoelwater helder blijft. Doe de gewassen rijst met een snufje zout in een pan in de verhouding 1 kopje (droge) rijst op 2 kopjes water. Zodra het water kookt zet je het vuur laag en laat het pruttelen. Zodra er putjes in de rijst vallen zet je de pan op een warmhoudplaatje. Of volg de gebruiksaanwijzing op de verpakking. Je kunt ook een rijstkoker gebruiken, dan heb je er geen omkijken naar en altijd perfecte rijst. Rauwe rijst is afgesloten en droog minimaal nog een jaar of twee houdbaar.
